Delete your Pancam account

What gets deleted

• • Your profile — name, email, gender, interests, profile picture
• • Your account credentials and any linked Google or Apple sign-in
• • Your payment and subscription records
• • Any reviews or feedback you submitted
• • Your notification and device tokens

Some things never existed to delete. Video and audio are not recorded — calls run peer-to-peer between the two devices. Chat messages are not stored either: they are passed between the two of you live and never written to our database, so once a chat ends there is no copy of it anywhere.

What we keep, and why

We retain a minimal record that an account was deleted — the internal account id, the email address, and the date. This is kept for fraud and abuse prevention, and to honour safety enforcement: without it, someone banned for harming another user could delete their account and immediately sign up again.

Reports made about you by other users are also retained, so that deleting an account cannot erase a safety record. Both are held for 24 months and are not used for any other purpose.
